Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities on above markets, and reporting directly to GM & Asia-Pacific Director of Sales & Marketing based in Sydney.
Wholesale: portfolio of 50 direct accounts and 15 DMC key accounts.
- Monitor 2009 Sales & Marketing activity and implemented 2010 Sales & Marketing strategy with all the accounts: new rate structure, packages, contracting & negotiation.
- Operate in a pro-active manner to anticipate low season, launching special promotions: + 7pts on December OR with flash offer.
- Promotion of the new 2010 offers & packages to the accounts, including the combo with Radisson Tahiti & Legends Resort Moorea.
- Co-ordinate added values and incentives on accounts portfolio.
- Development & update of Sales & Marketing material.
- Co-ordinate educational and press trips on the property, as well as VIP stays requests.
- Work closely with our Director of Sales in charge of the US market, based in Los Angeles

Corporate: Portfolio of 10 key accounts including Thales, Renault-Nissan, Total, Areva
- RFP management
- Contracting & negotiation directly with the client or through procurement companies (CWT, American Express)
- Training of agents on implants
Boutique TO: promotion of the 33 luxury hotels & cruises of the group
- Contracting & negotiation with the 20 accounts of the portfolio
- Development of the account portfolio by prospecting new key actors on assigned markets
- Attendance to various fairs, workshops and road shows to promote the group on our markets, such as ILTM and MCTM
- Presentations of the properties to the accounts
- Organization of educational trips to India

GSO with a global portfolio of 80 key accounts, handled for the 7 brands of the group, representing 900 properties.
- Handled new leads from key accounts: laboratories (Sanofi, Pfizer), aeronautic companies (Airbus EADS), other multinational companies (Thales, Coca-Cola France)
- Contracting & negotiation of the leads for various events: incentives, symposiums, conferences, board meetings, with budgets from €10, 000 to € 300,000.
- Participation in the organization of fairs & tradeshows (IMEX 2008)
2007 - 2007W Meetings & Events:
- Inventory of 5 meeting studios and 1 mezzanine lounge, up to 450 sqm
- Supervised banqueting operations: set up & service, in order to meet W Meetings standards and customers? requirements
Style supervisor:
- VIP rooms inspections
- Daily management of the stylists team: 12 members
- Daily operations management in Style & Whatever Whenever to meet guests? requirements & standards of W chain.
